Our mission is to provide superior supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities so that they can live, work, and play in the community.
The Vision of LNE is to offer high quality person centered supports and services to individuals with developmental disabilities. This includes supports to individuals and families at home and in our community. Leeda Northeast will to serve as a “voice” in the ongoing effort to expand opportunities for persons with developmental disabilities to pursue their hopes and dreams and to establish valued relationships in our communities. We believe that quality of life is as important as health and safety.

STORY
Leeda Northeast, Inc., a stable organization that has been in existence for over 19 years, is owned and operated by Winifred Hosking who holds a Master’s Degree of Public Administration. Winnie has worked in the field for over 39 years in various capacities including Adult Services Director, Nursing Home Administrator, and teacher at a Community College level.
The organization has few administrative levels so that staff can get a fast response to questions along with ongoing support. Leeda Northeast has a comprehensive set of policies and procedures that provide direction to staff and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local rules and regulations. Leeda Northeast has a three level back-up system to ensure that the needs of individuals are met appropriately according to the ISP’s.
